Terms of Use of the Website

Welcome to the website of LLC “European Transport Systems” (hereinafter referred to as the Company). These Terms of Use of the website https://es-trans.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and the Website) constitute an agreement between the visitor of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User) and the Company and govern the methods of using the Company’s Website, all information available on the Website and all products and services provided by the Company through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

General Provisions

By using the Website or any part thereof, the User automatically agrees fully and unconditionally with all these Terms and undertakes obligations accordingly. If the User does not agree with the Terms (fully or partially), they must immediately leave the Website.
