Consolidated cargo is a transportation method where shipments from multiple senders are combined into a single container or vehicle to reduce transportation costs. This is beneficial for senders with small batches of goods.
Yes, ETS transports hazardous and bulk cargo. For this we use specialized vehicles equipped with ADR kits and equipment that comply with international safety standards.
Some goods are subject to government regulations and require licenses, especially for imports. ETS specialists always verify the specifics of transporting certain types of goods and study the legislation to avoid issues related to the export and import of goods.
Cargo insurance protects against financial loss in case of damage or loss of goods during transportation due to risks such as accidents, theft, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
For customs clearance the following documents are usually required:
- Invoice (bill of sale): A document containing information about the goods, their value, delivery terms and buyer and seller details.
- Packing list (specification): A document describing the contents of each package and the total quantity of the cargo.
- Transport documents: Bill of lading, air/railway/road consignment note, depending on the mode of transport.
- Certificates of origin: Confirm the country of manufacture of the goods.
- Certificates of quality and compliance: Confirm that the goods meet quality standards.
- Export declaration: A document submitted to the customs authorities of the exporting country.
- Import declaration: A document submitted to the customs authorities of the importing country.
- Licenses and permits: Required if the goods fall under special regimes or restrictions.
- Insurance policy.
For international freight transportation we use tarped and all-metal trucks, refrigerators, isothermal vehicles and light-duty cars. Hazardous goods are transported using vehicles equipped with ADR kits, while oversized cargo is transported using special low loaders and semi-trailers.
- Europe: Popular destinations include Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Deliveries are also made to any country in the European Union.
- Asia: Transport is carried out to China, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia.
