It is already known about the expansion of cooperation between Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) and the Polish state railway S.A. Everything about Oversized Transportation

In addition, a memorandum of understanding was signed between UZ and Deutsche Bahn, which provides for support and cooperation in the field of international freight transport. Deutsche Bahn has promised long-term assistance and support to Ukrzaliznytsia. DB will continue to assist UZ in developing corporate governance structures, which, among other things, are mandatory for Ukraine to receive financial assistance for reconstruction. DB also plans to provide UZ with spare parts and is considering the possibility of providing freight cars, although they will need to be converted for a wide track, which will require additional effort.
