Fines for overloaded trucks can be paid in Privat24: how to do it

Fines-WIM (Weight-in-Motion) can be paid in the Privat24 application. This is reported by the press service of Ukrtransbezpeka. The details of the new accounts have already been added to the templates and are entered automatically. How to pay a fine:

1. Log in to the Privat24 application.
2. On the main menu, select “Payments”.
3. In the “Fines and Violations” section menu, click “Didn’t find the recipient,” then enter – Ukrtransbezpeka. The section “Fines for exceeding weight and size limits in automatic mode (Ukrtransbezpeka)” will appear on the screen.
4. Click the “Resolution” window and select: “Resolution until 05/23/2022” or “Resolution from 05/23/2022”.
5. Select the territorial community. Clarification: resolutions until May 23, 2022, have only one option – Kyiv. Resolutions from 05/23 onwards – the names of all communities with the numbers of the WIM complexes installed in their territory.
6. Enter the resolution number and series, the amount of the fine, and click “Continue”.
7. Click “Pay”.

It is noted that weight and size control has been carried out in Ukraine since October 1, 2021. In case of violation, the state levies a fine, including through the Weigh-in-Motion platform (WIM system). The rules apply to all vehicles of Ukrainian and foreign carriers engaged in the road transportation of passengers and goods on the territory of Ukraine, as well as to consignors. The following fines are provided:

• Fine of UAH 8,500 – exceeding weight and size limits by 5-10%
• Fine of UAH 17,000 – exceeding weight and size limits by 10-20%
• Fine of UAH 34,000 – exceeding weight and size limits by 20-30%
• Fine of UAH 51,000 – exceeding weight and size limits by more than 30%
• Fine of UAH 51,000 – evasion of WIM control, speeding, violation of traffic signs and markings, committing offenses in the WIM zone.
