    Since Serbia is not a member of the European Union, importers and exporters must comply with its national legislation. Additionally, when crossing an EU country’s border (such as Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, or Romania), EU laws and regulations apply.

    There is no bilateral free trade agreement between Ukraine and Serbia. As a result, goods imported into Serbia are subject to import duties according to the “Customs Tariff of the Republic of Serbia,” which is updated annually.
