Fast Delivery of Solar Panels from China to Ukraine

ETS organized the delivery of a shipment of solar panels from China to Ukraine consisting of four 40-foot sea containers, each weighing 23,730 kg. The logistics route included two main stages: sea transportation from Shanghai (China) to the port of Gdańsk in Poland, followed by road transportation by four trucks to the village of Moshny, Cherkasy region, via Kyiv, where customs clearance was completed.

The project required constant coordination between the Chinese supplier, the sea freight agent, the Polish warehouse, and customs brokers. We managed the transshipment in the port of Gdańsk—unloading containers and preparing the cargo for road transport to Ukraine—while monitoring compliance with all customs procedures.

This operation demanded a high level of focus and effective communication, as any delay could affect the client’s project timeline. As a result, the cargo was delivered on time and with a full set of accompanying documentation.
