Poland to Kyiv: vegan cheese in a reefer
We arranged an LTL shipment of vegan cheese from Zabrze, Poland, to Kyiv: a groupage reefer truck, 12 euro pallets, 6 t.
Because of the product, it could not travel alongside ADR cargo or strong-smelling goods. We selected a vehicle that met those requirements and held +2…+6 °C across the whole route.
Delivery took 5 days from pickup. The cheese arrived on schedule, with no temperature breaks, in perfect condition.
Poland to Kyiv: supplements and syrups from two loading points
We arranged a shipment of dietary supplements and syrups (6 pallets, 2,250 kg) from two locations in Poland — Stryszów and Lublin — to Kyiv.
The cargo required a stable +5…+15 °C, so we sourced a dedicated light reefer at short notice and coordinated two loading warehouses. Veterinary control during customs clearance was a further requirement.
Delivered in 3 days, within the temperature range, with no damage and no claims.
Export from Ukraine to Bulgaria: milk powder
We arranged an export shipment of milk powder from Rozhyshche, Volyn region, to Sokolovo, Bulgaria: 25 euro pallets, 23.8 t.
The challenge was coordinating every stage. Export clearance took place in Lutsk, the border was crossed at the Dorohusk checkpoint, and customs clearance was completed in Chełm, Poland. We provided continuous cargo supervision and tracked the vehicle throughout.
Delivered in 7 days with no customs delays. The cargo was accepted in full, with no remarks.
Humanitarian shipment from Sweden to Ternopil: equipment from two sites
We arranged transport of humanitarian equipment from Gothenburg to Ternopil: 10 euro pallets, up to 2.5 t, loaded at two separate sites in Gothenburg.
The cargo could not be stacked, so the focus was on correct placement and secure fastening. We coordinated loading at both sites and supervised the shipment end to end.
The equipment reached Ternopil in full and undamaged.
Humanitarian shipment from Switzerland to Kyiv: server equipment
We arranged transport of computer servers from Geneva to Kyiv for a research institute in Ukraine. The cargo travelled as groupage: 120 × 80 × 65 cm, 147 kg gross.
The project had humanitarian-aid status and so required lengthy preparation. We helped the client prepare and file the necessary documents and settle border-crossing questions, and we drew up several costing options in advance so the client could sign off on funding.
The servers arrived in Kyiv intact, complete and within the agreed timeframe.
