In September, ETS organized the delivery of vegan cheese from Poland.
The cargo required transportation under strictly controlled temperature conditions ranging from +2 to +6 degrees Celsius. The collection of goods took place at two different locations — the cities of Gliwice and Piaseczno.
Our specialists recommended a refrigerated vehicle capable of transporting consolidated cargo while ensuring optimal storage conditions for the product.
Additionally, ETS logistics experts assisted in preparing the export declaration (EX).

To deliver a small batch of cargo from Spain (children’s toys), we optimized the route to reduce transportation costs.
To expedite the process, customs clearance of the cargo was conducted in Poland, while customs processing in Ukraine was organized at a single customs office. This approach saved from 2 to 4 days on the overall delivery time.

Recently, we completed an interesting international transportation project from Kyiv to Almere (Netherlands). The dimensions of the first house were 6445 mm * 2545 mm * 3200 mm with a weight of 3015 kg, while the second measured 6020 mm * 2520 mm * 3420 mm with a weight of 3063 kg. Both shipments exceeded standard height limits. We selected appropriate transportation and prepared all necessary permits for their delivery.
During the preparation stage, we assisted in regulating the technical processes of loading to ensure safe and efficient transport.

The transportation from Ukraine to the Netherlands was carried out using a small cargo vehicle to expedite the delivery time.
After customs clearance, the vehicle was sealed at the customs office. This client’s cargo was loaded first to avoid additional handling, as it was not palletized but packed in boxes and loaded manually.
The managers of ETS organized the transportation of food products from Hlevakha (Kyiv region) to Ilowo-Osada (Poland). The transportation was carried out using a small cargo van.
Since the cargo was classified as veterinary, it had to be transported through major border checkpoints, such as Rava-Ruska, Krakivets, or Yahodyn.
Additionally, the cargo fell under customs code category 1-24, which significantly increased the waiting time at the border.
